I think its important for media producers to categorise audiences so that they are able to decide what each audience would like to view and therefore raising the ratings which they would recieve.

The target audience in the chosen brief is 10 to 13 year old children.

I understand that for the target audience i need an educational magazine with a front cover and a double page spread. Their likes will be an educational and will be of any social class.
